Your Biggest Power Move Starts Here.

(About)

At Power Recruitment, we connect high-performing people with Queensland’s best builders and head contractors. Led by Founder Maddi Carroll, we do recruitment differently: relationship-first, values-led and people-centric.

We specialise in white-collar construction recruitment across Brisbane and South East Queensland: site managers, project managers, contract administrators, estimators and the office teams that keep builders running. Residential, multi-residential, commercial and industrial. Whatever the project, our standard stays the same: high-performing people, hired with purpose.
